Join Parent Link for FIT! A weekly family fitness program for children ages 2-6 with a caring parent or caregiver to build community, develop physical literacy & have fun! Come & get moving with your kids as we explore movement of all kinds to keep our minds and bodies fit! (Please note that younger & older children are welcome.)
