As of November 10, 2025, the Town of Trochu is part of the Palliser Regional Municipal Services (PRMS) Regional Intermunicipal Subdivision and Development Appeal Board.
The PRMS Intermunicipal Subdivision and Development Appeal Board was formed in 2020 by participating PRMS municipal member shareholders through a collection of enacting bylaws (BYLAW 2025-11). The PRMS ISDAB is authorized to render decisions on appeals resulting from decisions of a Subdivision Authority or a Development Authority in accordance with the MGA, the Subdivision and Development Regulation, the local Land Use Bylaw and statutory plans. Appeal Submission Information
Subdivision and Development Appeal Board appeals can submitted to the Trochu Town Office in person, by email to permits@townoftrochu.ca or by mail to Box 340, Trochu, AB, T0M 2C0.
Appellants are cautioned that if you mail the appeal it must be received on or before the final date for appeal.
