Would you, your business or organization consider becoming a
FRIEND of the TROCHU MUNICIPAL LIBRARY?
The Library has two areas for increased funding in 2022 –
- Improving the collection; and,
- paying increased utility costs.
BUT
- Library operation costs are increasing;
- COVID killed most fundraising in the past two years; and,
- Grant monies have remained static.
As a reference for library costs:
- $100 buys 8 paperbacks
- $250 purchases 10 hardcover books
- $400 pays one month’s utilities
Your donation, however big or small, will be acknowledged on Library social media.
Donations can be made in person, by mail, or e-transfer.
- Cheques can be made out to Trochu Municipal Library.

The Trochu Library is looking to recruit new board members!
We welcome anyone, seniors to young adults, who are interested in supporting and maintaining the services of the library for the community.
