TSH Construction Update: Aerial progress pics. Notice walls for hallway in independent living are standing, and beginning work on exterior walls for level 1. Roofing complete for Phase 1,3, and 4. Third floor to begin soon on Phase 5. Most days have around 40 people on site between all the different trades

Trochu Housing Corporation Construction update: Progress is being made. Cinder block walls being erected on Phase 4 (Mechanical wing). Cinder block firewall between Phase 3 and Phase 5 main areas. Phase 1 HVAC ducts, plumbing, electrical, and hanging drywall ongoing. Lots of wire, pipe, and ducts will be hidden behind walls and ceilings. Steel beams and posts in Phase 5. Concrete floor poured on Phase 5. Foundation concrete walls poured for parkade of Phase 6. Storm sewer manholes and structural footings are being added to parkade floor.
Northwest Subdivision Phase 1 construction update: Heavy equipment is on location to begin Town of Trochu new subdivision earthwork. Will be running water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer lines to supply and service Seniors Housing project. Rough grading new streets. Digging storm pond for water collection. Servicing 26 new residential lots. To be completed in 2026.
TSH Construction Update: Pouring footings between Phase 5 and Phase 6 (independent living). Exterior and interior of Phase 1. More steel supports and beams in Phase 5. Lot’s of blueprints for construction direction in the contractor’s shack.
TSH Construction Update: New concrete floor being power troweled in Phase 4. Pics of electrical conduit running underfloor into Phase 5. Concrete floor finished under Phase 3 with steel beams and supports. Phase 6 parkade is excavated and forms are being laid. Couple pics of foundation wall forms set up waiting for concrete. Phase 1 framing almost complete with roof trusses being set up.
TSH Construction Update: Aerial pics. 2nd floor of Phase 1 is almost complete. Green plastic is laid under Phase 3. Almost ready to pour concrete slab. Phase 2 concrete slab is curing. Phase 6 (independent living with underground parkade) is 95% excavated and starting to lay concrete forms for footings. Backfilling Phase 4 after underground services installed. Beginning to dig trenches in Phase 5 for underground services.
