To commemorate the soon-to-be demolished Pontmain School, St. Anne of the Prairies Catholic Church will be holding a dedication mass on Wednesday, October 16th, with some history and a sing along of the Pontmain School Song. There will be an informal coffee time directly afterwards in the church basement, with artifacts and a slideshow presented by the Trochu & District Museum.
Anyone from Trochu and the surrounding community who wants to attend to commemorate the school is welcome!
The Federal Election is being held on Monday, October 21st, 2019.
Our local polling station is at the Trochu & District Community Centre (215 Northfield Road) and will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
