Meet the Teachers

Ashley Pearson

Ashley fell in love with yoga five years ago and has been practicing a variety of yoga including vinyasa flow, gentle hatha, restorative, yin, and hot yoga. Ashley has her 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher Training (RYT) certification in Akhanda Yoga from Prana Yoga Studio in Edmonton. She is registered through the Yoga Alliance as a 200 HR RYT.

“I love yoga because it helps me to calm my mind, relax my body, and feel strong & fierce all the same time. I am so excited to be able to share yoga with our community so others can experience the benefits of a regular practice.”

                                                            – Ashley

Brenda Dibben

Brenda Dibben has been doing yoga on and off for 16 years. Brenda is 200 hour Aura Wellness Centre certified in 2015, and 100 hour Alberta Hot Yoga teacher training (AHYTT) certified in 2016. She will be completing her 200 hour level in 2018 with AHYTT.

“I love yoga because I always feel so good after – in both my body and my mind.  I enjoy showing others my practice and celebrating in their achievements and progress.  I consider my style of yoga to be vinyasa flow where one pose flows into the next combining the breath with the movement.”
